By participating in the Dancing Wheels Bourbon Blitz Raffle and our other performances and fundraising events, you join the many others who provide arts access to dancers of all abilities. Thank you for your support as we raise a glass to Dancing Wheels and our 43rd anniversary season.
All proceeds from the raffle will benefit Professional Flair Inc. dba Dancing Wheels Company & School. Dancing Wheels is an arts and disability nonprofit organization and America’s first physically integrated dance company comprised of stand-up and sit-down (wheelchair) dancers. Purchase Tickets
Purchase one or more tickets for the Dancing Wheels Bourbon Blitz Raffle! Your raffle ticket is also your entry ticket to the livestream event. A link to the livestream event will be delivered via email no later than two (2) hours before the event on Wednesday, November 29, 2023.
Tickets are $50 each and enter you to win 1 of 50 premium bourbon bottles. Each bottle is valued at $50 or more.
Once all tickets are sold, ticketing will close.
50 winners will be chosen at random during our live drawing period on Wednesday, November 29, 2023.
Tickets for Bourbon Blitz Raffle
Details
• You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase a ticket.
• No purchase limit applies while sufficient tickets are available. A maximum of 1,000 tickets will be sold, although the actual number sold may be fewer.
• An email receipt for your purchase of raffle ticket(s) will be sent immediately with a confirmation email to follow once your raffle ticket number(s) has/have been assigned.
• Physical raffle tickets will not be mailed.
• Your ticketing receipt and/or order numbers should not be confused with raffle ticket numbers.
• You will receive a follow-up email from Dancing Wheels referencing your order number with your assigned ticket numbers(s).
• Raffle ticket numbers will be issued and the list will be updated weekly during regular business hours.
• 50 winners will be chosen at random during a live drawing to be held on November 29, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. EST.
• The winning tickets will be drawn at random from a hopper containing all eligible raffle ticket numbers by a Dancing Wheels employee or other approved patron. The drawing for the 50 bottles will be streamed LIVE on Zoom, however, the winner does not need to be watching the live feed to win.
• Each ticket number can only win once.
• The winners will also be notified by phone or email no later than December 8, 2023.
• A representative of Dancing Wheels will assist in coordinating details with the winners regarding pickup.
• If any prize winner is more than 50 miles from Cleveland, Ohio, the winner may request, if legally permissible to ship liquor from Cleveland to your location, that Dancing Wheels ship the prize to them. Any shipped bottles will be properly packaged for shipping and insured.
