Mary Contrary and Tom the Piper’s son are to be wed, but Barnaby and his two side-kick villains have alternative plans. The characters find themselves in The Forrest of No Return following Little Bo Peep who has lost her sheep and end up in the Toymaker’s Shop during a busy holiday season.

Daring to be DUMBO!

This reimagining of the original story is set in a contemporary Junior High School, where Dumbo is now a thirteen year old girl who is bullied and exemplifies turning differences from weakness into strength through the love of family, friends, and ultimately oneself.

Helen Keller: A Tribute to My Teacher

To honor the 2006 Centennial Anniversary of the Cleveland Sight Center, The Dancing Wheels Company created a story ballet about the adult life of Helen and her accomplishments as a pioneering force for women, people with disabilities, and the civil rights movement.

Choreographed by former Dancing Wheels company member Dezaré Foster, the inspiration for this piece came from Jim Henson’s 1986 film Labyrinth and its original soundtrack featuring music by David Bowie.
