Dancing Wheels Rolls Up to Cutting Edge in Percussion-Based ‘Rhythm and Wheels’ Show (review)

A diverse group of dancers, including several using wheelchairs, strike expressive poses in unison during a studio rehearsal. Arms reach skyward and bodies extend in various dynamic directions, radiating energy and unity. The dancers are mid-performance in a brightly lit space with a colorful mural along the back wall, capturing the spirit of inclusion, creativity, and community in dance.

Dancing Wheels won’t and shouldn’t be the same again. Not after its season finale last Saturday.
