SDW Spring 2026 Session Registration

Register for the School of Dancing Wheels Spring 2026 Session. You can pay the tuition registration online now. Alternatively, you can use this registration form if you prefer to pay by cash, check, or credit card in person at the School of Dancing Wheels after registering. If you choose this option, you will be emailed an invoice statement with a link to make a payment through our online portal. A 4% credit card fee applies in-person or online.

Thank you for using the School of Dancing Wheels Spring 2026 Session Registration & Scholarship application online form. Completed student registration forms are due at or before the time of the student’s first Spring 2026 Session class. Spring 2026 Session consists of 12 weeks of classes between March 10 and June 13, 2026.

This form will collect student personal identification and contact information; policy, media, and liability releases; class selection & payment options; and scholarship application information. School Policies

Low Enrollment/Cancellations: A class may be cancelled if enrollment does not meet its predetermined minimum. Classes must have at least three (3) students enrolled by the end of the third week of classes. Should this be the case, participants will be notified no later than the end of third week of the session. If the participant is unable to move to another class, the remainder of prepaid tuition will be refunded.

Participant Withdrawal: Tuition refunds will be given when a participant withdraws by the second day of their registered class(es). A processing fee may be applied to card repayments. If a withdrawal notice is submitted to the School Administrator after that date, the participant will receive tuition credit with the School of Dancing Wheels good for one year from the date of withdrawal.

Weather Related and Emergency Closing: In the event of a weather related or emergency closing, participants whose classes were cancelled will not be refunded, but may take any other class as a make-up class at any point during the remainder of the session (with written notice given to the School Administrator).

Monthly Payment Plans: Participants have the option to have tuition spread out into monthly payments with a commitment to the entire session. Monthly payments must be made by the end of the first week for each applicable month. A one-time payment plan fee of $10 will be applied.

Make-up Lessons: Should you wish to make up a missed class either before or after an absence, you may attend any other offered class during the week with approval from the School Administrator. Requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the desired class.

Private Lessons: Participants desiring private lessons must contact the School Administrator for scheduling and pricing.

Maximum Consecutive Absences: If a student is absent from three (3) consecutive classes without prior notice of no less than three (3) hours before class time, the student may be asked to not return to that enrolled class, at the discretion of the School’s administration. If a student is dismissed from a course after three (3) absences, any prepaid tuition will not be refunded. The participant will receive tuition credit with the School of Dancing Wheels good for one year from the date of withdrawal.

Liability Waiver

I, being aware of my own/my student’s health and physical condition, and having knowledge that my/my student’s participation in any physical activity may be injurious, am acknowledging this release from liability for accidental injury or illness which may be incurred as a result of participating in this physical activity. I hereby assume all risks connected therewith and consent to my/my student’s participation in this program. In the event that medical care or treatment is required, I agree to be financially responsible for any costs incurred as a result. I acknowledge that I have carefully read this Liability Waiver and Release Form and fully understand that it is a release of liability. I agree to give up any right that I may otherwise have to bring a legal action against the Dancing Wheels Company & School and their affiliates for negligence or any other personal injury or property damage.

Media Release

I hereby grant permission to the Dancing Wheels Company & School to use photographs and/or video of me/my student taken at all Dancing Wheels Company & School classes, performances, and events in publications, news releases, online, and in other communications related to the mission of the organization. I understand that my/my student’s image may be used in video recordings of virtual classes, and that these classes will remain the property of the Dancing Wheels Company & School henceforth. The Dancing Wheels Company & School may then use these recordings at any future time as they deem appropriate in providing future programming or promotional materials.
