Position Type: Part-Time, up to 15 hours per week

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and help advance our mission. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about the arts and inclusive programming.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and file management
- Serve as a first point of contact for phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Support registration, enrollment, and database management
- Help coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and take notes as needed
- Support event planning and execution, including performances and fundraisers
- Complete donation acknowledgment letters and help write thank you notes
- Maintain office organization, and order or buy and pick up supplies as needed
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, mission-driven environment
- Interest in the arts, education, or nonprofit work preferred

Compensation
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
