Mary Contrary and Tom the Piper’s son are to be wed, but Barnaby and his two side-kick villains have alternative plans. The characters find themselves in The Forrest of No Return following Little Bo Peep who has lost her sheep and end up in the Toymaker’s Shop during a busy holiday season.
|Daring to be DUMBO!
is a reimagining of the original story that is set in a contemporary Junior High School, where Dumbo is now a thirteen year old girl who is bullied and exemplifies turning differences from weakness into strength through the love of family, friends, and ultimately oneself.
|Helen Keller: A Tribute to My Teacher
To honor the 2006 Centennial Anniversary of the Cleveland Sight Center, The Dancing Wheels Company created a story ballet about the adult life of Helen and her accomplishments as a pioneering force for women, people with disabilities, and the civil rights movement.
|Labyrinth: A Tribute
is choreographed by former Dancing Wheels company member Dezaré Foster whose inspiration came from Jim Henson’s 1986 film Labyrinth and its original soundtrack featuring music by David Bowie.
The original story of Pinocchio, complete with Jimminy Cricket and other favorite characters, is reflected to depict the tale of a wooden boy who comes to life and takes on a host of mischievous escapades while learning very important life lessons.
brings to life the captivating, and heartwarming children’s book and video, The Snowman, by Raymond Briggs. Full setts and over 40 costumes, makes this production one of our most elaborate and elite.
